I am running very old IOS 11.2 on my IPad Pro (2nd generation), andcannot update to latest IOS 14.3. What do I need to do?

If the issue persists, try to update it using a computer running iTunes (Windows10 PC) or iTunes/Finder (Mac).

Your iPad is too far behind in iOS/iPadOS upgrades/updates.
You need to connect your iPad to a Windows PC or older Mac, connected to the Internet, using the latest version of iTunes and let iTunes perform the upgrade of your iPad Pro to iPadOS 14.2
If you own a newer Mac with s much newer macOS, then you need to connect your iPad Pro to this newer Mac and use the macOS Finder to upgrade your iPad Pro to iPadOS 14.3.
