My MacBook Pro trackpad stops working/showing at random times

My macbook pro 2020 (purchased 1 mo ago) trackpad stops working/showing at random times. I notice this happens most frequently if I join a zoom meeting or play a youtube video full screen. The mouse is moving during this time because I see certain windows light up, but the pointer is not visible and I can't click anything. The only way to get the pointer to come back is to close the macbook screen and open it back up.

Any ideas on how to fix this? I've tried resetting but the problem continued. Super annoying when I'm in the middle of a meeting and can't share my screen because my mouse stopped working/appearing.

Hi,

You'd better contact Apple Support or make Genius Bar reservation if your neighborhood retail Apple Store is open or find near opened Apple Authorized Service Provider to be examined your MacBook Pro.
