Iphone 12 pro max sim free , locked by carrier after activation

I purchased 2 iPhone 12 pro max pacific Blue Model MGCN3LL/A sim free with 5 days of difference between each purchase, and after I activate both phones with my T-mobile sim card both phones have now a Carrier Lock, I did not have any lease with T-Mobile or Sprint but now both iPhones have the carrier lock issue...


somebody help , ideas, solution ...

Apple cannot lock or unlock your iPhone. In this case, the best option is going to be to reach out to T-Mobile and let them know what happened. Take a look at this article for more info:
