Since the new IOS update, incoming calls all have a caller ID, mostly stating unknown caller rather than showing the phone number. I use my personal phone for work, and most of the numbers that call aren’t saved contacts, but I want to see the full phone number because often I recognize them. How do I turn this caller ID feature off?

What you see is based on what the caller and the caller's carrier is sending. There is no adjustment on your iPhone to change that. It would seem the caller's are not sending out or are blocking their Caller ID information.
