I bought a download of the Pro Bundle for Education, with Final Cut Pro and Logic, et al, and was supposed to receive a PDF with the Redeem codes. A week later, I had spent 6 hours and talked to 13 or 14 different people in Sales, Support, and alleged Supervisor until I finally demanded a Senior Supervisor who got me the PDF in about 10 minutes. It was a nightmare: I had a job and desperately needed the software. The whole things stared when I spent 1.5 hours on the phone trying to buy an iMac mini, which the sales person could not get for me for 5 weeks. So I went to Best Buy and got one in 10 minutes, and bought the software online for a download. Five days later, an alleged supervisor said she'd have the PDF with the codes to me in 30 minutes - the next day, after another 3 hours on the phone like a human pinball between Apple's alleged experts, one guy finally sent me the one page PDF with the codes. And now, when Support made a schedule call to me to discuss, pressing "1" to complete the call did not register on their end, and they hung up. This cannot be coincidence. And this is the greatest computer company in the world? Disgraceful.

They have moderators who make sure we don't use naughty words or speculate about future products or divulge information about software or hardware that's in beta. That's about it. I don't think most of the content is read; there's way too much of it across all the forums. I suspect topics are flagged by bots that read the content. Certainly offensive words are deleted by software.
