How do I "Undo" the last iCalendar "Delete Event"?

How do I "Undo" the last iPhone (using iPhone 12 Pro now) Calendar "Delete Event"? Almost all software has an Undo feature when you're editing/modifying/deleting, but I can't find how to do this with iPhone Calendars. Going to iCloud & doing a restore can take you back quite a period of time (to last successful backup) such that any other recently added/modified calendar events will be affected/lost. I just want to Undo the very last Calendar "Delete Event" I did. Thx.
