Bank of America mobile app issues

I have an iPhone Xs and recently discovered that my Bank of America mobile app is no longer opening. Upon attempting to open it, says: "Error: We're sorry, we weren't able to complete your request. Please try again."


I have deleted the app and downloaded already. Didn't change the issue. Any ideas?

I have the BOA app on my iPhone 12. It was just updated a couple of days ago. Make sure you have the latest version. I just tested mine, and it opened just fine. Should be v20.11. However, if you continue to have problems, you need to do as deggie has stated and contact their support.
