iPad Pro 9.7 stuck in changing language and then stuck on the apple logo after restarting

Is there a way to recover the data stored within the iPad after it is bricked? It is now stuck in the apple logo boot screen indefinitely, and when I connect it to my pc, iTunes said I need to set it to factory settings, which will delete all my data. I haven’t yet have a back up.
