Why can the fitness+ preview video AirPlay, but not the actual workout videos?
This stinks. Just bought an upgraded ROKU with Airplay 2 specifically so my wife could stream her fitness + workouts on the TV. Guess this subscription won’t be getting renewed at the end of the free trial period.

Got it! Why isn’t it compatible is the question? If I can AirPlay the preview video, why not the actual workout.
Because the fitness video has to sync with the Watch while doing the session which requires some form of iOS on each device. It probably also blocks the video because of DRM.
Ah, ok. Too bad there isn’t a way to get around that without buying Apple TV. It seems Apple would have worked that out prior to the launch considering most people AirPlay.
