Error4010

I need help with error 4010 which appears when trying to update my iPhone using Itunes. Thank you.

Based on what you mentioned, you are getting an error when trying to update using iTunes.

For this concern, follow the steps here: If you see an error in Finder or iTunes on your computer.


Additionally, there are a few things you can try based on the error 4000 family, please review:

If you see error 9, 4005, 4013, or 4014 when you restore your iOS device.


If you still have trouble you may be able to get help where you are when you Contact Apple for support and service.
