iPhone purchased showing delivered but it is not delivered
i have placed an order in Christiana Mall, by using Scheduled courier delivery. Tracking is showing delivered but the item is not delivered. Please help me on this.

We are all other users here and do not work for Apple.
You need to contact Apple and the carrier to try to sort it out and make an official report and claim.
