Unable to receive WhatsApp messages

Hello All,

I have noticed that we are not notified about the new messages while the WhatsApp is running in background. We have to open the app to check for the messages. Also, same with WhatsApp audio/video call. It doesn’t ring !! This is happening since iOS 14 upgrade.

Apple please fix this.

whatsapp Since a few months, I only receive messages (noise) that i have received a WhatsApp when my WhatsApp is open on my phone, otherwise I don't get any message that i received a whatsapp message. So i receive a lot WhatsApp messages much later because i'm not looking at my phone all the time. (very annoying because sometimes i miss important WhatsApp messages) On my iPhone 6 in all the settings for WhatsApp the messages are switched on. What can it be that is not working since a few months anymore?

WhatsApp is not an Apple product. Contact the app developer here --> App Support or WhatsApp FAQ or Contact WhatsApp
