Home Screen layout on an iPad.

If I reset my Home Screen on my iPad to original factory lay out can I still undue this reset to my present layout?

You cannot “undo” a reset. You can, however, restore an iCloud or iTunes backup to your device:

To my knowledge, there is no way to undo a reset of your home screen. If you don't want to do a restore from your most recent backup, then you'll have to set up your home screen again.
