I got the fix for cisco anyconnect iOS 14 bug.

Simply do the following recommended by xiyou but add the port number of your server to the server address. This port number can be obtained from xiyou instruction page then select macOS.

Step from xiyou:

At present , this problem can be solved by enabling Connect on Demand . The specific steps are:

1. Disconnect
2. Click the arrow on the right of Connections on the main interface
3. Click the (i) icon on the right of the Westward Journey server in the server list
4. Click Advanced
5. Turn on Connect on Demand
6. Reconnect after returning to the main interface

NB: Don't forget to turn on connect on demand. Thank me later.
