Iphone 6s+ "unable to join network"

my fisrt problem was, after disconneting from a vpn, i wasnt able to connect to my home wi-fi, just my home wifi. tried from reseting network until erase all content, nothing seems to work. then i tried update my soft into ios 14.3 hoping i would resolve my original issue.

but after the software update, i've got a new issue, now my phone cant connect to all wifi. it always says unable to join network, not just from my home wifi but also personal hotspot. i've tried turning private adress off, but i doesnt help.

i dont know what else to do..
