I need a new Apple ID I can’t sign in with my old one
I can’t sign in my log Apple ID so I want to make a new one

What happens when you try to sign in with the old ID? Error message(s)? Did you use that ID to sign into the Support Community? Can you sign in anywhere using the old ID?
If you create/use a new Apple ID, you will lose access to some of your data and the purchases made with your existing Apple ID.
