Can I get a refund on a monthly charge that I didn’t sign up.

I just checked on my bank account. That I just got charged 14.99. As first it was weird, but I checked on payment history. That I being charge $14.99 per month on Apple. I just found out why I am being charged $14.99 that I haven’t subscription any apps that is apple related. That it was family share that I being charge $14.99 per month. That it never mentioned it when I started Family share for my sibling. Is there a ways for me to get my money back?
