I dont remember the Apple ID password

My old iPhone is using my old apple ID, I dont remember the password and can't change it either, bc it asks for a phone number and I have a new phone where I'm using that number. Any suggestions on how I could access my account? Thanks.

You can try asking Apple ID Support for help resetting your password or you can ask them to remove the old ID.

To remove the ID, if you are the original owner, contact Apple. Apple can remove the Activation Lock if provided the required paperwork. Either take the device, the original purchase receipt with the serial number, and a photo ID to the nearest Apple Store (if it has reopened)
