After performing appropriate setting, I still do not have a plus sign on my wallet. I used it constantly on my former iPhone but doesn’t work on the SE 2000

My card is on Apple Pay but wallet doesn’t work
What have you tried? I have a list of things but dont want to waste your time by listing something you already tried.
Change the location and change it back, go to settings>general>reset>and reset all settings.
No plus sign on Apple wallet
