Power Adapter

If this computer (we don't know which your are asking about) is a notebook with a MagSafe connector, inspect both the adapter plug and its port of the computer for dirt/lint/corrosion that may be around the pins that can prevent proper contact. Clean is needed, While there, make sure neither part of the connection has pins that are stuck in the down position.
