My old Dragon voice recognition system is not compatible with the new Big Sur update. Is there a Mac voice recognition app that I can dictate into MS Word or what are other options like dictating into Pages?

The built-in dictation should work in any text input area from this editor's input area that I am typing in, or even MS Word, provided Microsoft hasn't done something counter to the normal receipt of spoken text. Because the spoken content is round-trip to Apple's servers, the state of your network connection, and the time that you pause between spoken words may cause dictation to time out and forget where it was in the context of your input.
If you are unhappy with the built-in Apple Dictation solution, then you are out of luck, as Nuance abandoned the Mac platform, and I am unaware of any other vendor providing a replacement solution.
