iPad folio keyboard

Hi, I was very lucky on my birthday to receive an iPad Air and folio keyboard which I absolutley love. Can you advise with the outside being a lovely soft rubber, what’s the best thing to use to keep it clean and pristine please?

iPad smart folio stains I accidentally spilled a small amount of hand cleaner on the back of my new iPad Folio keyboard/case. It dried before I noticed it. I have tried cleaning with a damp cloth as recommended but the stains remain unchanged. I am very disappointed in the quality of this case, it seems that apple sacrificed function for appearance in materials and it doesn’t resist what would be normal use in my opinion. Anyone else have any ideas on getting the surface back to like new?

iPad Pro 11 Smart Keyboard Folio - Manufacturing Defect or Normal Wear n Tear My iPad Pro 11 keyboard started to get flaky recently. I’ve never had this kind of problem with my previous iPad Pro. Googled it online and found I’m not alone. Since I’m not a heavy keyboard user, I believe this should be classified as manufacturing defect rather than normal wear n tear. Can someone suggest me what is the chance of getting it replaced by Apple?
