Why is it saying that I am in Canada when I am in Miami Florida United States of America?

Did you register your Apple ID for Canada? If not, then log out of your iTunes & App Stores, power cycle the iPhone and then go back in and sign into iTunes & App Stores again and see what you get. If it still shows Canada, then try changing your country.
Why is "WHAT" saying that you are in Canada? You need to provide some additional information. Also, what have you done to try and fix it.
