How can I retrieve accidentally deleted a message conversation? I do have a iCloud backup

If you are using iCloud Messages, it isn't possible. However, if you are not and you have a backup of the device when the message was on the phone, you can restore to that backup. Remember, restoring to a backup will delete everything done since that date/time.
