How to back up your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch - Apple Support -- Before you proceed, we recommend having a recent backup of your iPhone XS Max.

Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support -- See if updating your iPhone to iOS 14.3 resolves the issue.

If you can't update or restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support --  If the issue persists, we'd like you to reinstall iOS. Place your device in recovery mode using the steps provided. When you're presented with options, please choose "Update" and not "Restore". Once the process has completed, see if the issue has been resolved.

Get Support -- If updating/reinstalling didn't resolve the issue, please contact Apple Support. Choose Apps & Features > App doesn't work as expected to start the conversation.
