Emails no longer being marked read or deleted

Hello,

My emails on my iPhone 11 with latest OS are no longer marked read or deleted. This came out of no where. I have not changed a thing. Is this a known bug in the latest OS (14.2)?

Try removing the account, power cycle the iPhone, then add the account back again. Make sure that it verifies before you continue.

Also just to note, did a hard reset and this did not fix anything as well.

Well, iOS 14.2 is not the latest iOS. I would first try updating to iOS 14.3. After that, see if this has changed the email behavior.
