iPhone SE storage full due to Other

After upgrading to iOS 13.7 my iPhone SE I had lots of space, Now i am back with more than half the iPhone storage consumed by other! Apple has gone down hill but this is ridiculous. I am seriously considering switching to Android because of Apples abandoning quality which was their strength.

iPhone SE, 13

It appears that you have iOS version 13. If you can successfully update to iOS version 14.x then it should clear up the OTHER category. If you, for any reason, cannot process the update OR the OTHER category remains even after the update to iOS 14.x then:

Please follow the instructions in this guide published by Apple ➔ How to Clear OTHER Category on your iPhone.

Well that really sucks, after a 45 minute download and clicking on update another long process says error iPhone cannot be updated. and now my iPhone is locked with a screen that says support.apple.com/iPhone/restore, a picture of a monitor and an arrow pointing from a iPhone cable. The phone is absolutely frozen and cannot even by shut down. I have rebooted my computer etc. but iTunes cannot find my phone.. AAAArrrGGGhhhh
