Find and Replace
When using find and replace;
how can I replace something with a tab?
iMac 21.5″, macOS 10.15
If I have axb, and I disable match words in the Find facility, and search for just the character x, and then use \t for the tab replace character, I end up with the following where x is replaced by a tab. Here, I have enabled Show Invisibles.
