I want to confirm current picture in my phone will be lost or not if I select remove photo.

They may be lost if you don't have them stored elsewhere.
This message means in the past, you synced these photos from a Mac/PC to this phone using iTunes/Finder.
Now that you are switching to iCloud, you can't sync them both ways.
It's either iTunes/Finder or iCloud.
