How can I reset my phone if it’s disabled without iTunes forgot my passcode

You can reset the passcode however you will need a computer such as a Mac or a Windows PC with iTunes. The passcode cannot be reset without a computer.
You can reset your passcode by following the instructions in this article by Apple ➔ How to reset your passcode on a disabled iPhone. You will need a computer for this task and all your data on your iPhone will be wiped clean in the process.
