iPhone 12 will not rotate screen upside down

From your post, we understand you're unable to rotate the screen of your iPhone 12. We'd be glad to help. Check and make sure Portrait Orientation Lock isn't set as this could prevent the screen from rotating: Rotate the screen on your iPhone or iPod touch

"Some apps don't support rotation, so your screen might not rotate even if Portrait Orientation Lock isn't turned on".

Also, check to see if other apps like Safari or Messages can rotate. If this is specific to the app, make sure it's updated and contact the app developer:

I too am very dismayed about my new IPhone 12 Pro Max losing one of the best features of the ability to turn the screen upsidedown! For shame Apple!!

Same thing, no rotation when charging, also was using radio garden app , no sound when plugged up, normal operation when not charging!

I’ve experienced the same issue. This affect all of the apps that I’ve used, including Apple’s own apps like Safari.
