The US government says Iran is not under US medical sanctions. Why the related services of Apple Watch are limited?

Dear sir,

I am Iranian and live in Iran and also a fan of Apple products. As you know because of sanctions it is very hard to buy your products. Finally, I bought an Apple Watch from Malaysia. I buy it to check my family health with apple watch features but O2 sensors and ... doesn’t work in Iran!

The main problem for us is our government, why you limit these features for public people!

I asked you to support the public in Iran, not banned us from some features that help us to stay alive!!

The US government says Iran is not under US medical sanctions. Why the related services of the Apple Watch are limited?

Please remove these restrictions in order to save human lives.

Best regards

You have taken an Apple product outside of Apple's business area.

You cannot expect an Apple product to function properly in Iran.
