Whatsapp Call Problem with iPhone 12pro max

Having migrated from iPhone 7plus to iPhone 12 pro max, I have not been able to make any outgoing or receive any incoming whatsapp calls, despite no problems for whatsapp messages. In all cases, the calls stopped automatically after ringing for one or two times. There is however no such problem for normal mobile calls. Can any one help ?

WhatsApp and FaceTime needs internet. Please check


For your Internet connection --> Connect iPhone to the Internet - Apple Support

  • Over Cellular: contact your Carrier (Cellular Service Provider). The agency who issued the SIM to you
  • Over WiFI: Contact your ISP (Internet Service Provider), the agency who provided the Internet Service on your Modem/Router to you
