Realize Apple is very, very strongly encouraging you use two factor authentication (an example is all the pitfalls they place in your path just to log in here). Maybe if you contacted somebody they could help but it is equally likely they will try to talk you into using two factor.

Thanks for the reply. what if I wanted to reset the security questions. I can able to login with Apple ID and Password. Is there any procedure which can be followed to reset the security questions. Does Apple Support can provide any assistance to reset the security questions.
