I’ve been plugging in every night set in WiFi locked and it still doesn’t back up. What am I doing wrong?

Same as above . I follow all the steps to back up exactly and still it does not back up!

Any other ideas?

iPhone 12, iOS 14

Hi there, GaryAlenPhoto.

It appears that you're iPhone isn't automatically backing up to iCloud each night, and we're glad to help with this.

How to back up your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch - Apple Support -- In order for your iPhone to backup automatically, make sure that iCloud Backup is turned on in Settings > [your name] > iCloud > iCloud Backup. It also needs to be connected to a power source (which you've stated you do), but also connected to a Wi-Fi network and the screen of your iPhone is locked. If you've met all of these requirements, make sure that there's enough available space in iCloud: Manage your iCloud storage - Apple Support.

Feel free to get back to us with any questions or problems you may have.

All the best.
