I dropped my iPhone XR in a water tank and didn’t get it out for four days but when I did get it out I dried it out and everything still works as it should except the facial recognition I tried to reset it but it seems like it doesn’t know true depth or something

Apple will not make any repairs to your device because of the water damage.
It's toast.
Water damage can't not be repaired.
I can fix whatever is wrong with it I was trying to get an idea of if I need to replace it or if there was another way to fix it
