The Hobbit - The Desolation of Smaug (Extended Edition), not in iTunes or not in Turkey?

Hi,

I have recently purchased some of the Lord of the Rings movies on the TV app on my Macbook Pro. I intended to finish buying all 6 movies but then I realized that there was no Extended Edition of "The Hobbit - The Desolation of Smaug". Every other LotR/Hobbit movie's Extended Edition is available, the Desolation is the only one missing. Is this a "not available in your region" issue (I live in Turkey), or is it just not on sale on iTunes/TV? And when will it be available, if ever?
