iPhone 12 Pro Max Image Bounce With Zoom Change

Hello,

Ive noticed that when in photo mode with an object perfectly centred in the middle while on ultra wide mode (0.5x) that the image will shift to the left when changing to 1x mode. This effect is even more noticeable in video mode which I believe a bug is present when switching between 0.5x and 1x. There is a slight delay before 1x is activated and once it does, the image aggressively pops slightly to the left once the image becomes clear.

This seems like a major issue if one is starting in ultra wide mode and zooming in for a photo or a video because the zooming transition is bouncing while transitioning between the cameras.

Is anyone else having this problem? Is it the physical location of the ultra wide lens in comparison to the other two?

side note: I’m also experiencing a thin line of white static in ultra wide mode once in a while.
