No EFI Boot option in bootcamp

I have a MBP late 2013 running Big Sur (11.0.1), I wanted to install Windows 10 x64 with Bootcamp. So I downloaded iso file from microsoft and started bootcamp process. It made an installation disk from my new 16gb usb 2.0 flash drive, partitioned SSD and restarted. When I hold option only macos and windows options appear, there is no EFI boot option. When I choose windows nothing happens, just starts my macos. If I do it again it says "No bootable device, insert boot device and press any key". Also when I restart and do nothing it is restarting twice, first time nothing happens just that "start sound" and black screen for couple seconds, and second time the "start sound" again and black screen for longer and then the apple logo appears.

Here is my diskutil list output:

Ok, so I downloaded catalina and made an installation USB through terminal, it's name becames "Install macOS Catalina" so every thing was ok. Restarted while holding down option key and there were two options: Apple SSD and Windows ))) Where is it getting windows tho? I used same usb flash drive that I tried to install windows with bootcamp assistant previously, but it was erased (formatted)

From the Microsoft directory in the EFI partition on the internal disk, which was not completed properly. You need to wipe the whole internal disk, not just Macintosh HD, if you want to put Catalina on the Mac.
