No EFI Boot option in bootcamp
I have a MBP late 2013 running Big Sur (11.0.1), I wanted to install Windows 10 x64 with Bootcamp. So I downloaded iso file from microsoft and started bootcamp process. It made an installation disk from my new 16gb usb 2.0 flash drive, partitioned SSD and restarted. When I hold option only macos and windows options appear, there is no EFI boot option. When I choose windows nothing happens, just starts my macos. If I do it again it says "No bootable device, insert boot device and press any key". Also when I restart and do nothing it is restarting twice, first time nothing happens just that "start sound" and black screen for couple seconds, and second time the "start sound" again and black screen for longer and then the apple logo appears.
