Hey all!
I just bought the iPhone 12 Pro Max and new to Apple. I’m trying to upload some photos to Facebook and I get the screen below. I am unable to click on either option. I have gone to settings > privacy > photos and Facebook is not listed there. I have uninstalled and reinstalled Facebook, same issue. Can anyone tell me how to fix this?
I found this by accident. A friend posted a picture so I downloaded the picture and the access photos permission came up. I have been able to upload pictures since. Give it a try and see if it works for you.
I am having the same problem and reloading the Facebook app several times has not worked.

Thanks for coming to Apple Support Communities for help today. It appears you aren't able to allow Facebook access to the Photos app.
It sounds like you are going to the right place. What happens if you go to Settings > Facebook? There should be a whole list of things that you can allow Facebook to access there including Photos.
Otherwise, you are on the right track deleting and reinstalling the app: If an app unexpectedly quits, stops responding, or won’t open. You may need to follow step 5 and contact the developer.
