My cursor is moving painfully slowly and ghosts.

I was updating my MacBook Air to Big Sur. Afterwards, the display is very, very bright (over exposed in photography terms). And the cursor moves very very slowly and shows ghosting with a lag and secondary images of the cursor. Any ideas?

M1 Macbook air sometimes cursor starts flickering. very unstable. I have been noticing this cursor starts flickering when moved and feels like vibrating all of a sudden. it doesn't get stable until I restart the mac. Is someone else experiencing this?

screen flickering after big sur I updated my Macbook Air “13 from 2016 to big sur two days ago, and my screen is flickering everytime a stream a show on fullscreen (it doesn’t flicker on youtube, but every other streaming service). If I change the size of the cursor to big, and back to small, it goes back to normal but only for a couple of hours. Can anyone help me with this? I’m not really good with technology, but have done everything Google and Reddit told me to do.

Go to system preferences and under mouse/trackpad (whichever you use) adjust the tracking speed by dragging the slider. To fix the contrast go under accessibility then display and drag the slider to normal. Hopefully this was the issue.
