MiniMac M1 solid green screen

New Apple Mini Mac 2020 worked great for 1 month. Upon last startup it froze on a solid green screen. It has been like that for several days. Is it a computer issue or a monitor issue? Anybody else have this problem? Hard boot does no good. Unplugged all cables and checked all connections? Help! Thank you!
