Order not received?!

I ordered 2 usb c to lightning cables and did not get the delivery! I did get an email saying FedEx dropped it off but nothing is on my front steps? What to do?

Order delivery I have been using Apple products for a long time, I had a lot of MacBooks, iPhones, but now I began to wonder if this company values its customers.
