I’m having the same exact problem and I still have yet figured out how to fix it.

It is a purchase limit, it can range from a few days to weeks for it to disappear; it cannot be removed. In the meantime, use an alternate account to buy robux and transfer it to your main account until the purchase limit disappears. I hope this helps.

You need to wait for any pending purchases to be refunded ect

I waited 1 week already and it is still happening

I can’t buy it on my main, or else that message pops up, i hopped on an alt to see if it had the same problem but no, i was able to buy robux on that alt but just not on my main, idk what’s going on?
