Apple is locking my account on daily basis

Hi,

I have multiple devices (iWatch, iPhone, iPad, etc.)

Each day, when I start using music on different device, I need to sign in. In 25% of cases, my account gets locked.

On average I need to sign in 4 times per day and unlock my account each day. This makes me crazy.

I am pretty sure that there is some trigger that got triggered. How can I contact Apple Support? It drives me crazy.

Best regards,

Apple Watch

One possibility is someone may be trying to log into your account and is entering the wrong password too many times. You can also add 2 Factor Authentication to your account for more security. If the attempts continue, you might want to consider a name change.

Hi klemenv,

From your post, it sounds like your Apple ID is frequently getting locked. Here's what to do when your Apple ID is getting locked: If your Apple ID is locked or disabled

Once your Apple ID password has been reset one device, it's expected behavior to be asked to enter the updated password on any other devices associated with that Apple ID.

Have a great day.

But, I have not reset my password. I merely unlocked my account that Apple kindly lock each day.

It drives me crazy. I love Apple devices and I am loyal Apple customer, but I have started to consider switching to Samsung.

Every day, my account gets locked. Every day I need to enter password on each device several times.

Just imagine getting notice to enter password- 5’ after you already enter it.

I am pretty sure some false positive fraud detection trigger has something to do about it.

My daughter has iPad and iPhone and she never gets any of this harassment.

im getting the below photo emailed to me every day. I have several devices, all signed in on my Apple ID. Nobody is changing passwords. I have the two factor authentication in place. How is this happening. It’s not possible to get hacked with the two factor method as the 6 digit code comes to my devices alone.
