That's a failure of the OLED screen, and your screen will need to be replaced.

As I can read there many people are facing this issue in there iphone X shouldn’t apple launch a programme concerning this issue or provide some guidelines regarding it.
There may be a program, but you won't know until they can examine it and find out if it failed due to damage or on its own.
