Why do I have to regularly confirm my password for my Oulook account on my iPhone 6s?

Recently I am being regularly required to confirm the password for my Oulook email account on my iPhone 6s. The password is certainly recorded in my Safari Preferences and Outlook works as it should on my other devices - 2 MacBook Pros. How can I rectify this frustrating short coming on my iPhone?

If it happens only using Outlook, contact Microsoft Outlook Support team and ask them.
