I forgot my Apple ID password and I don't have the same phone number I used, what should I do?

I have another account in this email and I am trying to reset my password but it is sent the rest link to my for my old phone number witch I do not have access to it. what should I do?

For the Apple ID password, enter the Apple (iCloud) ID and click Forgot Password. See if you can get an email option if necessary.
