Random Vibrations on New iPhone

My phone will randomly vibrate, as if I just turned on silent, sometimes 5 times in 10 seconds. It happened on my old phone, I got a new phone and it is still happening within days of owning a brand new out of the box iPhone 12 Pro.

According to this article it could be an issue with my personal data. How do I go about fixing that?

Thank you

iPhone 12 Pro, iOS 14

Hello RealATX22,

It sounds like your iPhone will vibrate randomly. We understand how inconvenient that is and we are here to help.

If you ahed already checked your settings and the issue persists. We would recommend backing up your device and restoring it to factory settings. This will rule out any software related issues since you will have a fresh copy of iOS. These articles should help:

How to back up your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch

Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod to factory settings

Let us know if the issue persists.

Cheers!
