Facebook Sms code never received

i have a crisis im unsure how to, or if it’s even possible to fix it. My family switched internet providers awhile ago from xfinity to AT&T. Now im unable to access my Facebook on the app, I’ve tried everything I possibly can to get back into my account but never received the login code through sms Facebook is supposed to send me to get back into my account! I know im still signed up for Facebook texting because i get the codes to change my password, but I’ve never received the login sms codes to get back into my account! Is this issue with Facebook, or is it just because we switched internet providers? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Is there anything I can do to get the code to send?
